John Deere Headquarters
The John Deere Headquarter buildings were Eero Saarinen's last completed projects during his lifetime, and some of his most formally complex. The exterior structure was constructed with COR-TEN weathering steel – one of the first architectural applications of the material – which gave the building a natural, earthy quality as it oxidized and aged.
